Managing Director

The Workplace Justice Lab is seeking someone to join the team as our Managing Director to lead the operations and growth of our center. Candidates must have expertise in administrative management and familiarity with large bureaucracies. They should have experience and passion for projects promoting economic justice, workers’ rights, and/or policy solutions to improve exploitative, low-wage work. Candidates should have staff management, project management, and fundraising experience, and comfort directing multiple projects across different geographies and time zones. This position is in-person two days a week, and candidates must live, or be willing to live in, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania or Delaware in a commutable distance from Rutgers’ New Brunswick campus. 

The salary range is $91,297 – $121,354 and the position enjoys the benefits of working at Rutgers University. More information about the position is posted here.
